Window & Patio Door Replacements
Beginning on Monday, September 13th, 2021, Cloud 9 Construction will be installing new Energy Efficient Windows and Patio Doors for all apartment units at Valley Palms Apartments located at 136 W. Saginaw Way, Fresno, CA 93705.
In order to prepare for the installation, please ensure a minimum 3-foot clearance in front of any window or patio door. This means no objects, clothing, furniture or other items can be stored or placed in front of any window or patio door.
Installers will need access to the interior of your apartment all day. Please ensure an adult is present to allow entry.
