Our Company Policy on Real Estate Commission Split:
Purpose: This policy outlines the commission split structure for our licensed real estate agents in the state of California who join Skycastle Properties. Our goal is to provide a straightforward and transparent commission structure that benefits our agents and supports their professional growth. Are you interested in keeping more of what you've earned? How does 100% of your commission sound?
Commission Split:
Flat Rate Split: All participating licensed real estate agents will receive a flat rate commission split of $995 per transaction.
100% Commission: Our Agents keep 100% of their earned commissions after the flat rate split.
Annual Technology Fee:
- Fee Amount: There is an annual technology fee of $300.
- Coverage: This fee covers electronic mail, software licensing, and access to partner agent resources.
Membership Requirements:
- SRAR Membership: Agents must join the Southland Regional Association of Realtors (SRAR).
- NAR / CAR Membership: Agents must join the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors associations.
- MLS Participation: Agents must be current participants in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Transaction Minimums:
- No Minimums: There are no minimum transaction requirements per year to join our Company.

- Support and Resources: Participating agents will have access to various resources and support to help them succeed in their real estate careers.
